Zablitz (Star Witness – Snow Blitz, by Zabeel)
A granddaughter of Golden Slipper winner Polar Success, Zablitz foaled a colt by So You Think (High Chaparral) in 2020 who sold for $60,000 at the 2021 Inglis Australian Weanling Sale.
Zablitz foaled an American Pharoah (Pioneer of the Nile) filly in November 2021 and has now been given a year off. Her first foal is a two-year-old filly by Jukebox (Snitzel) named Scottish Jewel.
Forget The Weather (Stormy Atlantic – Wedded Bliss, by His Majesty)
From a fast, American turf family, Forget The Weather foaled a colt by Churchill (Galileo) in 2020 who will be offered for sale at the upcoming Inglis Easter Yearling Sale. In October 2021 she produced a colt by Zousain (Zoustar) who will likely be offered at the 2022 Magic Millions National Weanling Sale.
Forget The Weather is the dam of three winners from three runners, including the 2020 Group One Robert Sangster Stakes winner Bella Vella (Commands) who sold for $1.9m to Rosemont Stud at the 2021 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale.
Forget The Weather is back in-foal to Hanseatic (Street Boss) for the 2022 season.
Santa Clara (Foxwedge – Great Notice, by Nureyev)
Owned in partnership, Santa Clara is a half-sister to Champion Two-Year-Old Anabandana. She foaled a colt by Justify (Scat Daddy) in 2020 who will be offered for sale at the upcoming Inglis Premier Yearling Sale in Melbourne.
Santa Clara foaled a filly by American Pharoah (Pioneer of the Nile) in November 2021 and is back in-foal to So You Think for the 2022 season. Her first foal is an unnamed 2019 colt by Sebring (More Than Ready).
Tavisocks (Tavistock – Keep Smiling, by Stravinsky)
A granddaughter of Champion New Zealand Stayer Smiling Like, Tavisocks retired from racing in 2020. The winner of three races (1600 – 1850m), Tavisocks showed ability at Metro level before injury curtailed her promising career.
Tavisocks foaled a filly by Jukebox (Snitzel) in September 2021 and is back in-foal to Peltzer (So You Think) for the 2022 season.
Riverina Red (Testa Rossa – Riverina, by Irish River)
Owned in partnership, Riverina Red is a half-sister to the Stakes performers Four Floors and Bubbles ‘n’ Troubles. She placed three times from three starts at 2, including when 2nd at Flemington over 1400m to the subsequent multiple Group performer Lady Lakshmi.
Riverina Red foaled a colt by Vancouver (Medaglia d’Oro) in September 2021, and is back in-foal to Merchant Navy (Fastnet Rock) for the 2022 season. She has had three foals to race, all of whom have won or placed, including the four-year-old Milliondollarbill (Epaulette). Trained by Peter and Paul Snowden, Milliondollarbill has won two starts to-date and banked over $70,000.
Tiz My View (Snitzel – Miss Tizzy, by Cee’s Tizzy)
Owned in partnership, Tiz My View, a winner at 2 and 3, was 4th in the Listed Festival of Racing Stakes at Flemington as a two-year-old and was a fast-finishing 5th in the Listed William Crockett Stakes, won by Lake Geneva.
Tiz My View’s first foal to race, the 3yo filly Tiz My Bay (Cable Bay) looks very promising, with Stakes goals this Autumn, having last raced in the Group One VRC Oaks in November. Tiz My View’s two-year-old filly by Rich Enuff, named Bubble Palace, realised $180,000 as a yearling when purchased by Mystery Downs and John Foote.
Tiz My View is in-foal to Hanseatic (Street Boss) for the 2022 season.
Jukebox (Snitzel – Jestatune, by Rory’s Jester)
Shareholder in Jukebox who has his first two-year-olds racing in 2021/22. An unbeaten, Stakes-winning two-year-old who won the stallion-making Group Three Vain Stakes at 3 (in a faster time than Russian Revolution) Jukebox stands at Aquis Farm. He stood the 2021 season at a fee of $8,800.
Hanseatic (Street Boss – Itameri, by Exceed and Excel)
Breeding Right holder in Hanseatic who entered stud in 2021. Winner of the Merson Cooper Stakes, Blue Diamond Preview and Blue Diamond Prelude, and second in the Group One Blue Diamond Stakes at 2, Hanseatic stands at Rosemont Stud where his introductory fee was $17,600 in 2021.
